At Recovery For Athletes, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance and recovery; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your recovery gear and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it via a carrier with tracking capabilities.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
